I cannot find the right flower arrangement in your collection, what can I do?
If the flower arrangement you want is not available on our website, please call us and we will look into the possibilities together.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling in the questionnaire under the Funeral Flowers page/Get In Touch. Fill in the reference number of the funeral flower arrangement and we will contact you as soon as possible.
What is the minimum required order value?
We require a minimum order amount of 100 euro for the initial order.
Can I send my order anonymously?
Yes you can, but for the account we do need your data.
You can assume that your privacy is guaranteed with us.
Until what time can I order?
You can place your order at any time of the day. If you want your order in the short term, we advise you to place your order before 12:00 noon. The 24-hour and 48-hour delivery rule then applies. For more information, see the shipping conditions.
Can I cancel my order after receiving the confirmation?
Unfortunately, orders placed can no longer be cancelled, this is because we work with fresh products and we have a short delivery time.
What payment methods do you use?
You can pay on account.
How can I pay my bill to Natys?

Do the prices on your website include VAT?
Yes, the prices on our website include VAT.
What are the delivery costs?
All flower arrangements with a price of 100 euros or more are delivered free of charge.
I live outside the Drechtsteden, can I still order on your website?
Yes, that's possible. We only deliver funeral flower arrangements within the Drechtsteden. You can place your order and then pick up your order at our atelier. We will then contact you to make an appointment.
How fast can you deliver my order?
Funeral bouquets ordered before 12 noon can generally be delivered within 24 hours. All other flower arrangements ordered before 12 noon will generally be delivered within 48 hours.
We get our flowers fresh from the auction every day, so you can be sure that you will receive the best quality flowers. However, if urgency is required with your order, you can always contact us and we will consider what we can do for you.
Do you also deliver on Sundays?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sunday and Monday. Because we only want to work with the best quality flowers and are dependent on the auction.
Do you also deliver to funeral homes?
Yes, we deliver to funeral homes, churches and home addresses. We ask you to fill in the correct information on the order form and we will deliver it in the best possible condition.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
Currently we only deliver to the Drechtsteden region.
Do you also have a shop where I can place an order?
We do not have a shop, but you can call us from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Please complete the contact form and the questionnaire on our website.
What do you do with my data?
You can be assured that your privacy is guaranteed by Natys.
Can I track my order?
We deliver your orders personally. You can always call us for more information about your order.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
The florist will try to leave the flower arrangement with one of your neighbors.
You will then find a card in your letterbox indicating that you can pick-up the flower arrangement from your neighbour.
Are you liable for typos?
The prices published on our website are subject to typographical errors. We are not liable for any typos.
I have a question that is not in the list above, what can I do?

Does the legal warranty apply?
Yes the legal warranty applies. There are no additional guarantees other than the statutory warranty. Legal warranty means that the product you buy must do what you as a customer can reasonably expect. If you want to exercise this right, you can file a complaint with:

Can I use the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to our flowers and plants. These are fresh products that do not have a long shelf life and are therefore not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
